Frequently asked questions

The best age to join with a guided family meditation is if your child/children are between 5 and 12.

I offer my guided family meditations with tiered pricing; meaning you are able to decide what you would like to pay and what is possible for you.

No, you, or your child do not need to be a (an) experienced yogi to join the class. All levels are welcome. My guided meditations are simple and meant to be fun and relaxing. All you have to do is join me during a class, lay down on your mat and listen to me as I guide you :).

All you need is a yoga mat so you can be comfortable. If you would like to be extra cozy a pillow and a blanket is suggested.

No worries! In the beginning, you'll find that it takes some time getting used to breathing, relaxing, and trusting. It's not about being 'perfect' with meditation, but for the kids and you to learn that this is a safe space within themselves that they are always able to come back to, and to enjoy. There is no 'right or wrong'.
